Information about public transportation
General
It is easy to get to the summer services using public transportation. Kouvola being situated along a busy railroad makes it easy to come to the summer services by train both from directions, south and north (for train schedules visit www.vr.fi). Kouvola's travel station is a hub for both trains and long-distance buses (see bus schedules at www.matkahuolto.fi).
For lodging and transportation inquiries in English, contact Jorma or Laila at valkeala2007@hotmail.com or phone +359 44 045 1036. There will be direct buses daily to the service site from Mikonkatu, next to the main railroad station in Helsinki. Departures: Thursday 11 am, Fri-Mon 7 a.m. Returns: leaving the summer service site at 7 p.m. daily and also Monday after the services end. Fare is 14 euros per direction.
Local transportation
A shuttle bus between the Kouvola travel station and the summer service site will be operating during the services. These buses will stop at the Valkeala swimming hall and the various Valkeala schools reserved for lodging. (See time schedules and route maps)

Transportation to meetings
The speakers and elders meeting will be held at the Valkeala hall in the Valkeala centrum. Due to limited parking, participants are advised to use the bus transportation provided. Passengers using the bus are asked to have the exact change for the bus fare.
