Postal and banking service
Forms of payment at the service site
In addition to cash, payment can be made using bank cards, Visa Electron, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners charge cards. Cashiers will accept cash denominations of up to 100 euros. Bills of greater denominations must be changed at the bank at the service site. Camping site rental payment collectors have portable card readers. To ease money handling and avoid large quantities of cash at the service site, guests are advised to pay with cards more than cash. We also wish that as many as possible would pay their site rental before coming to the service to the following account number KSOP 575001-2161592 When paying in advance, please remember to take the receipt or proof of payment with you to the services.
Banking at the service site
It is possible to withdraw cash using your bank card or VISA Electron card at the service site. To make a withdrawal you may be asked to show some sort of identification such as a driver's license or passport. Just as in previous years, there will be no foreign currency exchange at the service site, since major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Postage stamps may be purchased from the SRK convenience stores and near them will be a mailbox for mailing cards and letters. There will not be a separate post office at the service site.
First Aid
The First Aid Station is open from Thursday 10 a.m. to Monday 4 p.m. Please consider if you can wait until you return to your local health center so the first aid station is able to focus on other medical cases. The first aid service is intended FOR ONLY PATIENTS NEEDING IMMEDIATE CARE.
The First Aid Service operates on volunteer labor. To help cover for the special facilities and equipment, there will be a charge of 10 euros for adults and 5 euros for children. The payment will be recording in our patient registry so patients needing additional attention during the services will not be charged twice.
Ambulance service can be ordered from the national emergency number 112 or by contacting the nearest security personnel or traffic directors.
The Drug Store is adjacent to the first aid station. It is open on Thursday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Monday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The drug store sells various over-the-counter drugs and some self-care products.
Pets should not be taken to the summer service site but rather be left elsewhere due to the safety and hygiene risks they cause.
Electrical hookups and charging medical equipment
Lodging at the service area with electrical hookups
The summer service site will have an area with 30 electrical hookups. They are intended for service guests who for certain illnesses needing electricity for medical equipment. Because of the limited number of these hookups, they will be given to only those who really need them.
The summer service site will also have an area for servicing and charging medical equipment, which will be available during the entire summer services. The use of this facility does not require special permission.
If you need such lodging on the service site with electricity, please submit your contact information with your application and doctor's proof or some other verification of your needs by June 2nd 2007. We will answer all of these requests on the week beginning on the 13th of June. All applicants being granted the special power service will be given instructions regarding the electrical hookups at the service site.

Children and elders
The infants and toddlers wash areas are located near the toilets. The washing facilities are intended for diaper-aged children. Remember to take your own soap and towel with you.
The child care area is reserved for breast feeding and has microwave ovens for heating baby foods. The same area serves as a lost child care area which is open daily from 10 a.m. to midnight during the services, beginning at Thursday noon and until 4 p.m. on Monday. Lost children that are not picked up by closing time will be taken to the local social care office and can be picked up from there.
Parents; please fasten name tags on your children with a guardian's mobile phone number. Anyone finding a lost child with a name tag may call the number themselves. By doing this, you will help those working with the lost children.
A resting place for elders is open during the services from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. beginning at Thursday noon until 4 p.m. on Monday.

Food service
The service guests will be served by an L-shaped cafeteria 156 meters in length. It will have 41 points of distribution. Elders and diners on special diets have their own service points. The menu this year includes beef stew, salmon soup, rice porridge, spaghetti and ground beef mashed potato casserole. As a vegetarian option we offer a vegetarian pizza whenever pizzas are for sale.
During each phase of food preparation and distribution, all volunteers will be responsible for their own turns to serve. For cafeteria to feed all the guests during the services, we will need volunteers for about 2400 work turns and 180 supervisor work shifts.
The cafeteria will open will begin serving on 7 a.m. Thursday.
The food service will open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and coffee service from 7 a.m. to midnight.
Pizzas will be sold from 5 p.m. to midnight.
The cafeteria will close on Monday 4 p.m.
The quick-cup coffee service (close to the big tent) will be open Friday to Sunday between noon and midnight.
Family-sized food servings
Food-by-the-liter will be sold at five different locations on the service site, one being at the cafeteria. These locations will be open from Thursday to Sunday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. These locations will also sell bread, butter, milk and juice plus sausages from Friday to Sunday between 8 p.m. and midnight. On Monday the locations will close at noon, except for the one at the cafeteria which will be open until 1:30 p.m.
Pizza
Pizzas will be sold from Thursday to Sunday between 5 pm and midnight. Gluten-free pizza is also available at the pizza service points.
