Tori.fi

Renting and leasing of private accommodation for the Summer Services will take place this year through the tori.fi website. In previous years, accommodation rental has been the responsibility of the Summer Services organization.

When using Tori.fi, it is good to follow the safe trading instructions of your service provider.

Rental sites

Individuals can rent apartments, summer cottages, yards, individual rooms or caravans by placing a notice on tori.fi. 

Sales Advertisement and Renting

When making the advertisement, you should choose the category, for example, motorhomes and caravans or cottages and holiday homes.

For additional information in the advertisement, you should add the word ‘summer services’ (in Finnish – “suviseurat” to find buyers for the rental. Buyers are instructed to use that keyword. People searching for accommodation services can search for suitable accommodation on tori.fi with the keyword “Suviseurat” or use the normal categories of tori.fi departments, regions or other similar categories.

The deals are made as usual on tori.fi: the buyer / user contacts the seller by phone or e-mail. They agree together on the rental.

Since the Summer Services organization will not participate in the renting of private accommodation, a rental price cap cannot be set.
