Foodservice Tent
The food service tent has the following serving stations:
- 32 serving stations, 12 of which serve food for special dietary needs
- 6 quick service stations
- 6 coffee stations
- 4 stations for liter servings
- 1 serving station for elders
- 1 serving station for workers
Quick service stations
A limited choice of food is sold at the quick service stations: beef stew and salmon soup, spaghetti and bread plus beverages. Warm food is sold in covered, take out dishes. Other products are put into paper bags. There is a set price for each serving.
Menu
The Summer Service cafeteria sells beef stew and salmon soup, spaghetti and salads. Pizzas are sold in the evenings.
Special dietary food choices:
- Milk product free: beef stew, salmon soup and rice porridge
- Gluten free: bread, pastries (packaged separately)
- Gluten free pastries sold at all coffee stations
- Vegetarian food choices: sweet potato soup, vegetable salad, greek salad and vegetable wrap
Bread cheese in addition to pastries is sold at the coffee stations in the food service tent. (L)

Food by the liter stations
At the stations that sell food by the litre (3) food, kahvi and basic foods as well as disposable dishes are sold. In the evenings pizza an sausages are sold.
To assist in the food service, refrigerated beef stew and salmon soup ingredients are sold 660 g, already cooked. Just add water. It makes 1 kg of soup. 1 kg packages of chicken salad are also sold.
