Lost children

To report or ask about a lost child, 24h, tel. 040 132 0745

When the care facility for lost children is closed, contact the security office’s on call security service at tel. 040 132 0763 and escort the child to the security office or to the nearest security guard.

‎Attach a name tag to your child’s clothing, or get them a wristband with parents’ phone numbers written on it. Wristbands are sold at the information point and in the store.

Children’s washing area

The washing areas are intended for children in diapers. Please bring your own changing pads, towels, diapers, and washing products. There is a separate washing area for children with diarrhea. Children who have a stomach bug should return home for care due to the risk of spreading the infection.

Washing areas are located by the WC facilities, except at WC 3, WC 5, WC 6, and WC 10.

Service site support adults

Service site support adults meet children and youth on the service site during the evening and nighttime hours. They are there as safe, approachable adults and conversation partners.
