Lodging during Summer Services 2026

Lodge on the service site

You can lodge on the service site during Summer Services in your own or a rented caravan, camper, or motorhome. You may also stay overnight in your own tent or hammock.

Please pay the lodging fee to help cover costs. Arrival instructions for the service site will be announced in June on the arriving page https://www.suviseurat.fi/liikenne/saapuminen/.

Accommodation listings

Summer Services lodging service arranges classroom and shared lodging in schools for Summer Services guests. It also lists private lodging options in the nearby area, as well as caravans, campers, and motorhomes brought to the rental caravan area.

A landlord may offer lodging options for listing, such as houses, cottages, apartments, caravans, campers, and motorhomes, for rent using this form beginning March 17, 2026.

The lodging online store opens on April 11, 2026. Lodging options will be added to the store throughout the spring. If a reservation is cancelled, the lodging option will be returned to the lodging online store. So it’s worthwhile to keep checking current offerings. The renting of these is done through the accommodation online store at kauppa.suviseurat.fi

Classroom and shared accommodation

Classroom lodging is arranged at schools in Kauhava and Lapua, located approximately 5 to 30 kilometers from the service site. Lodging is sold in three or four night packages. Bus transportation from the service site will be arranged to Kauhava comprehensive school and Kosola school. The bus ride is included in the lodging fee for these schools.

Shared lodging is available for women and men in gyms located near the service site. The price of accommodation is €25 per night.

Classroom and shared lodging facilities open in the evenings at 8 p.m., and guests must leave by 10 a.m. each morning. The premises will be closed during the day. Classroom and shared accommodation does not include a mattress, but an air mattress can be purchased from the accommodation online store or the accommodation office at the service site. Mattresses reserved through the lodging online store will be delivered to the schools and shared lodging facilities in advance.

A reserved and paid classroom or shared lodging booking can be cancelled free of charge until June 7, 2026. A 40€ reservation fee will be deducted from the return.

Private lodging options

Private accommodation includes houses, cabins and apartments. The lodging service lists these options in the lodging online store and charges a €40 listing fee. The actual rental agreement and rent payment are handled directly between the tenant and the landlord.

Rental caravans and motorhomes

Through the lodging online store, you can rent caravans and motorhomes that have been brought to the Summer Services site. The lodging service lists these in the lodging online store and charges a €40 listing fee, which includes key handover service. The actual rental agreement and rent payment are handled directly between the tenant and the landlord.
