Responsibility for Summer Services arrangements, program, and safety

Summer Services is an event organized by the Central Association of Finnish Associations of Peace, SRK. It is a public event as referred to in the Assembly Act, and everyone is welcome to attend. The event follows the organizer’s service program, which has been submitted as an appendix to the public event notification.

The main purpose of Summer Services is the services, that is, preaching and hearing God’s word. Everyone is welcome to attend Summer Services and to listen to the word. The service program can be found on the Summer Services website at: https://www.suviseurat.fi/ohjelma/

The official permits for organizing the event have been granted to SRK and the organizing body authorized by it. In addition to these permits, Summer Services is governed by the safety and operating instructions defined by the organizer. The event program, arrangements, and safety are the responsibility of the Summer Services organizers. The organizer is committed to these responsibilities and has arranged all supporting activities to serve this purpose. Other events or activities outside the plans of the Summer Services organizers cannot be held at Summer Services.

The Summer Services organization arranges all necessary services in the event area. Others do not have the right to bring services or their own content to the event, such as notices, printed material, or other material to be distributed or sold. Demonstrations and causing disturbance or harm at the event or in the event area are not permitted. If disruptive activity occurs, the organizing body is obligated to intervene and, if necessary, request assistance from the authorities.

The prayer of both the Summer Services organizers and the guests is that we may celebrate this shared occasion in peace and safety. For this, we ask the blessing of Almighty God.
