Emergency Medical Care

On-call
Wednesday 9:00 – Monday 18:00

Emergency medical care is on-call from Wednesday at 9:00 until Monday at 18:00. Emergency medical care can be alerted by calling the general emergency number 112 or by contacting the nearest security steward or traffic guide. Guide emergency medical care to the location using the number and letter of the map square. In case of a possible emergency, mark your location in advance, for example on your lodging fee payment slip, using the grid on the map in the service program booklet. You can use the Suomi 112 app, which can be downloaded to your phone, to make an emergency call. With the app, the emergency response center receives precise information about your location.
